Cognitive Intelligence Agency
You have intelligence on every part of your business — except the part that determines whether any of it works. The people. How they think, where they're misaligned, what they've stopped saying. That's the gap we close.
Request a briefingThe Intelligence Gap
You have dashboards for revenue, pipelines for delivery, scorecards for performance. But the thing that shapes all of it — how your people actually think, connect, and make sense of the work — that's the part nobody's mapped.
You set a clear direction. By the time it reaches the people building, something's changed. It's not that anyone got it wrong — it's that the signal passes through layers that quietly strip the context.
A systems thinker buried in a linear process. A creative problem-solver drowning in admin. It's not a performance issue — it's a fit issue. And most organisations don't have the language to see it.
There's observability for systems, analytics for products, telemetry for infrastructure. But for the people who build all of it? We're still guessing. That gap has real consequences.
Your most insightful people often aren't the loudest. Somewhere along the way they learned it was easier not to push. Their perspective — the pattern recognition, the instinct — it's still there. It's just not reaching you.
What We Deliver
We listen to what your organisation is actually saying — not the surveys, not the town halls, but the real patterns underneath. Then we give you something you can actually use to lead differently.
A clear picture of how your people actually think — not personality types, but real cognitive strengths and where they're being underused. You'll see talent you didn't know you had.
We trace how your strategy travels from leadership to delivery and show you where meaning gets lost along the way. Not to blame anyone — but to find the structural gaps.
We help you reshape how work flows through your organisation — so people are doing the kind of thinking they're actually built for. Less friction, more of the right people on the right problems.
Ongoing conversations about what's really happening. Not dashboards — the patterns, the emerging disconnects, the things your organisation is trying to tell you. We help you learn to read it.
Who This Is For
You've tried better communication, clearer OKRs, more alignment meetings. It's not a communication problem. Something structural is distorting the signal and nobody can show you where.
They haven't left yet — but they've stopped pushing. You can feel it. They see things you can't reach, and somewhere along the way they learned the cost of saying it.
The real work doesn't follow the lines. The real influence isn't where the titles are. You need someone who can map what's actually happening — not what's supposed to be.
Values
Every problem is a symptom. We look for what's underneath — patiently.
Systems are made of humans. We never lose sight of that.
We'll tell you what we see. But we'll do it with respect for the complexity you're navigating.
Insight without action is just noise. We build things that actually change how you work.
The best thinking often comes from the people who aren't fighting to be heard.
If the tools don't exist, we make them. If the approach doesn't exist, we invent it.
Behind Cognitiv
I built Cognitiv because I've been the person in the room who could see the pattern — and couldn't get anyone to listen.
I've watched brilliant people go silent because the system didn't have space for how they think. I've watched strategies dissolve between the boardroom and the build floor, and I've watched leaders blame communication when the problem was architecture.
Cognitiv exists because I believe the intelligence is already inside your organisation. It's in the people you're not hearing, the patterns you're not tracking, and the questions nobody's asking. My job is to make it visible — and give you something you can actually act on.

You don't need to have the problem fully articulated. If you can feel the disconnect, that's enough. Let's have a conversation.
